About me

My path to sound healing began with a search for inner peace during a turbulent time. Even during my yoga practice, I was touched by the gentle sounds of singing bowls. I grew up with the sound of the sea and the chirping of crickets. As a second-generation immigrant, I have a deep connection to my homeland, southern Italy. Sounds have always accompanied me, and I have always been very aware of them.

At some point, I couldn't let go of this connection with musical sounds. It was as if they were calling me – and I answered that call. Today, I combine this fascination with the corresponding knowledge: traditional healing methods and modern sound therapy are combined in my sessions to accompany people on their path to relaxation and balance. And that's how AnimaSound was born.

The name AnimaSound has a special meaning: Anima comes from the Latin word "soul" or "life force." In Italian—my native language—the word has the same profound significance. It represents what moves us internally. Sound means sound—vibrations that reach our very cells. Together, AnimaSound describes the core of my work: sounds that touch your soul.

With my sound healing sessions, I want to offer you a space where you can let go, have time for yourself, come back to yourself and find relaxation - physically and mentally.
