How does a sound healing session work?


You haven't been to a session yet and would like to know how it works and what happens? I'd be happy to explain it to you here.


The course of a session


  • Arrival: At the beginning of the session, take a moment to relax and calm your thoughts. Lie down on the mat and enjoy the moment.


  • Introduction: At the beginning of the session, I always explain what you can expect and how the session will proceed. I give you a brief insight into the science behind sound healing, i.e. why and how it works.


  • Sound healing session: You lie comfortably on your mat or on the massage table, with a blindfold over your eyes, perhaps snuggled up in a cosy blanket. Then I begin to play various instruments. The sounds envelop you and help you to enter a meditative state.


  • Reflection: After the sound journey, you will have the opportunity to share and reflect on your experiences.


This structure ensures that each session is both relaxing and enriching.
