We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities sold per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

The current costs for all activities can be found at www.animsound.ch. Our prices are quoted in Swiss francs

CHF and include value added tax.

REGISTRATION AND LIABILITY

  • Registrations and bookings for all AnimaSound offers made via this website are legally binding. This also applies to registration on the waiting list.

  • Reservations, invoices and payment dates specified therein are binding; non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to provide AnimaSound with information about their state of health.

  • Participation in AnimaSound's services is at your own risk.

  • Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant. AnimaSound accepts no responsibility or liability for any complaints or injuries that may arise in connection with the use of AnimaSound's services.

  • AnimaSound makes no promises of ‘healing’.

  • AnimaSound's services are not a substitute for a visit to a doctor.

  • Participation in all AnimaSound services requires normal mental and physical resilience. If the participant is undergoing medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, they are required to discuss participation with their doctor or therapist.

  • Physical or mental limitations or complaints must be reported to the course instructor before the sound healing session.

  • AnimaSound accepts no liability for personal items or valuables brought by participants.

TERMS

  • The prices for the offers are listed on the AnimaSound website. Prices are listed in CHF including VAT.

  • If the minimum number of participants for a group sound healing session is not reached, the lesson will be cancelled by email two hours before the start. The booked hour will be rescheduled or the course fee refunded.

  • If the minimum number of participants for a course/workshop is not reached, the course/workshop may be cancelled at the latest one week before the start and participants will be informed by email.

  • It is the participant's responsibility to arrive at the studio on time. Once the sound healing session has started, the door will be closed and access will no longer be possible. The missed session will be charged to the participant.

  • In the event that the sound healer is unable to attend (due to illness, holidays, further training, etc.), AnimaSound will endeavour to provide a qualified replacement. If this is not possible, a lesson may be cancelled. The session will be rescheduled or the course fees refunded.

  • Changes to the timetable, location or sound healers may occur at any time. There is no entitlement to a refund.

  • Full payment for the healing session must be made before the start of the lesson. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the session or workshop must be made online at the time of booking or on site via Twint.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if AnimaSound receives the relevant information by email at least 24 hours before the start of the course. ​

Photos and moving images

  • AnimaSound reserves the right to use and publish images and video recordings made during workshops/courses/retreats on its own website and social media channels.

  • The participant hereby declares their consent to image and video recordings of themselves. The participant may revoke their consent on site before the image and video recordings are made by informing the person making the recordings.
